-TERMS of service-

  • I have the right to reject a commission.

  • The client must credit me with a link to my Twitter page https://twitter.com/SaJi_VT or Carrd.

  • Commission prices are subject to change throughout the year.

  • Please let me know if you have a deadline so that I can confirm if I can meet it. The average completion time is 1 week. But depending on workload and project size it can change.

  • Rush Orders are 50% Base price if you want your Commision sooner!

  • If the agreed upon deadline changes during the project, the rush fee will be applied.

  • For company/agency inquiries, please email me directly. ([email protected])

  • After a commission has been accepted, you will have 1 week to give all necessary clips, videos, assets, etc. Two reminders will be sent if I don't hear back within the first 3 days. After that, your project will be put on hold. If on hold for more than a month, the project will be dropped completely.

-PAYMENT-

  • All payments are made through invoices via Stripe. Price is USD only. Invoices will be sent after receiving all necessary assets for the commission. Commissions will not be started until 50% of the invoice has been paid. If payment is not received, the project will placed at the bottom of the queue

Revisions

  • For minor revisions, the first 3 corrections will be free. Any further adjustments will be 5 USD per revision. For major revisions (ex: changing a section, video pace change, etc.), it will cost an additional 10 USD per revision.

  • Revisions after delivery (within 5 days) can be done. Revision fees will be charged.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If the client wants to cancel the commission there will be 50% refund 50% of the total price. As long as no work on the commission has been started

Base prices start at 350 USD

You are welcome to send in your raw VODs for review. 3 hour+ VODs will include a 20 USD fee for each additional hour. The fee is still applied even if it's not a whole hour. (Example: 3 hr 15min: +20 USD)

NOTE: Multi-POV-based games such as Among Us, Goose Goose Duck, Mario Party, etc. will have a higher base price charge
